The third and fourth floors of the tower are the panoramic painting pavilion of “Splendid Zhongyuan.” The panoramic painting of “Splendid Zhongyuan” is the largest panoramic painting in the world at present and is hailed by experts as the contemporary Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival. Over five years, it was carefully created by 13 famous painters in China, including Professor Li Fulai of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts. The panoramic painting of “Splendid Zhongyuan” is 18.4 meters high and 163.5 meters long, with a total painting area of 3,012 square meters and a total investment of about 200 million yuan. It was certified by Guinness World Records on April 26, 2011, as the world’s largest hand-painted oil panoramic painting. It focuses on Henan’s rich history and culture and the humanities and natural scenery of the eighteen provincial cities, with extremely powerful light and sound effects.
